The album Will be out by Rockshots in 2024.
Jon - Why did you form?
Daniel Fuchshuber - How did the idea come to be? I live in Amazon rain forest region up north in Brazil. The region has poverty of many things and it is not within the heavy metal circuit for many years although some bands have played in there (Belém City). Many good talents were born and terminated without the proper acknowledgment and to that I include my former band Lord Byron, we played for 3000 people in January 2002 in a local festival and a lot of people talk about us till today, but the market at the time didn’t see us, I refuse to give up and this project is my last standing. The association with Timo Tolkki, Luis Mariutti, Guilherme Hirose is part of the strategy of being noticed and stand above, their will to participate is the chancel that it has quality, as it I to be part of the RS family.
Jon - How would you describe your sound in five words?
Daniel Fuchshuber - Heavy, fast, Captivating, re-knew, good as f…
Jon - Your upcoming album, how do think it will be received by fans?
Daniel Fuchshuber - As we have many influences, some of them may prefer tracks that are more traditional than power metal and the opposite is true. There will be those that will like it all and others that might don’t like the style at all, but they will like the last song, a killing thrash metal with blast beats and all the style requires.
Jon - What kind of listening experience is trying to give fans with this album, its singles?
Daniel Fuchshuber - We expect them to have a good experience with some very good, Heavy/Power metal, with different talents and recognize several influences. If you like to take off the dust from your 80’s and 90’s records you will appreciate what we got here.
Jon - How is the writing process for the band?
Daniel Fuchshuber - A melody come across, usually for the chorus, with my bass I try to compose the bassline thinking on the BPM, vocals and riffs, the structure usually is the classic receipt, killer riffs, even better chorus melody bloodstain style, guitar solo well played. I record and send it to Bruno, he produces the music with Guitar tracks and sometimes drums. After Bruno Raphael comes in and does keyboards and vocals, the guests can come in now as well. Mix Master and final production is done by us all. For the songs done by Rogerio we are talking about songs that come ready and good to go.

Jon - Are any of the band members known on the local scene from any other bands?
Daniel Fuchshuber - All of us have our own bands and all are known locally in their cities, some of us country wise or even worldwide, such as Tolkki, Mariutti, Hirose, Vitor Veiga, Christian Passos and Vitor Rodrigues.
Jon - How did you decide on the tracks for this album? How much more music can fans expect?
Daniel Fuchshuber - I can’t explain how, but we were kind of connected to some universal conscience that transmitted these songs, we have at least 20 and many more ideas to come. For this debut 10 of them are coming firstly and what’s the next? Let’s see how this album goes and come back to it later.
Jon - What can people expect live from your band compared to other bands?
Daniel Fuchshuber - The dynamic of a project with over 10 participants it is a little bit different from a regular band. For a band to sell concerts is the real deal, whereas for a project logistics it is not in our favor cost wise. I might think in a way to adapt having Raphael singing all tracks, let’s see if this is something people will request as well, everybody in the project is busy with their own bands.
Jon - Where do your lyrics come from? What inspires your writing?
Daniel Fuchshuber - Goodness and self-responsibility, we are here to play a role and I refuse to agree that war and bloodshed is part of it, we must evolve and not the opposite. This call is what we prioritize when we work on a new track. There’s is no Demon, but the evil we are willing to make or do not.
Jon - Are the songs a collaborative effort?
Daniel Fuchshuber - Yes, the outcome wouldn’t be possible without Bruno and Raphael and I’m grateful for having Rogerio anywhere close to me in the last 28 years.
Jon - Does the band have a main songwriter?
Daniel Fuchshuber - Myself/Daniel Fuchshuber, but I’m open.
Jon - How does the music affect the lyrics and vice versa?
Daniel Fuchshuber - Everything starts with the voice melody and a good chorus; the rest comes as domino effect. Bruno is in charge of pulling those killer riffs and sometimes he reverts to me something different from what I had in mind, but usually for better. In a nutshell, I send the raw idea with the melody and a bassline and Bruno and Raphael usually takes this to the next level.
Jon - How would you describe the evolution of the band’s sound?
Daniel Fuchshuber - The guests do the final touch, you may see more traditional vocals in certain tracks like “Mothers of Jerusalem” or “Have you forsaken the cross?”
Jon - Name the Top 5 band influences of the band/ Top 5 Bands that your band sounds like that fans like.
Blind Guardian (old stuffs)
Iced Earth
Helloween (90s)
Stratovarius
Accept

Jon - What metal genres influence you as a band the most?
Daniel Fuchshuber - Power Metal, Classic Heavy Metal/German school
Jon - Describe the album as a whole.
Daniel Fuchshuber - A journey through self-responsibility to fight for a better world, make a difference. The soundtrack will be the finest heavy/power metal with elements from top notch artists like Tolkki, Mariutti, Vitor Veiga, Raphael Dantas and many others.
Jon - Describe each song track by track
1-Let there be darkness - Instrumental influenced by Iced earth
2-Beyond the darkness portal - Strong and deep, talks about blame and it brings some “dark” Helloween
3-Have you Forsaken the Cross? - A question to the church and religious in general that put dogma over love. Mix between Iced earth and Tony Martin
4-Mothers of Jerusalem – In the end the mothers pay the price of the war, heroes are buried and their mothers will miss them forever and be the only to really sacrifice something. Accept comes to mind, Primal Fear as well.
5-The Angels are Calling - Ancient Alien contacts tried to help mankind but realized it was not the time. Avantasia single stile, great Chorus, I have to highlight that.
6-The rape of Gaia – It shows how we have treated our planed and how COVID was a fight back. Very melodic, Stratovarius style.
7-The Architect – It shows how everything was made perfectly and connected in the universe, if this is God or something else the song keeps open, but something so well-designed starts from chaos to perfection. Timo Tollki is here and you can recognize him. Power metal Helloween style.
8-The Key of Life – Rumble and simple, talks about how true love changes a person. Power metal Helloween style.
9-The way of a Warrior – Fast with ups and downs, gives room for instrumental work in the middle. The best bassline in the album.
10-The sick cycle to the death - A Thrash Metal like cutting you as a razor blade, Torture Squad is my influence here, The Unholy Spell/Pandemonium years.
