Paraguayan Metal Project DANICIDE Joins Sliptrick Records
Danicide is an artist and multi-instrumentalist based in Paraguay. His sound sets the bar high by combining influences from different genres into a really innovative, yet heavy and raw formula. His instrumental songs are actually a fantastic example of what it means to keep an open mind without compromising; straddling the line between metal, alternative music and industrial in a seamless way. Not only is Danicide’s music direct and unapologetically fast, but it is also very accomplished in terms of production. Each instrument is purposefully arranged within the mix, meaning that Danicide isn’t only trying to "fill in the empty spaces", but rather uses sounds and different tonal qualities to create a dark gothic texture.
People who enjoy listening to artists like Dark Tranquility, Arch Enemy, Children of Bodom, In Flames, NIN, Cradle of Filth or Dimmu Borgir are definitely going to appreciate Danicide and his instrumental music, which is a perfect essence of heavy, yet technical and fast tones in modern metal. The forthcoming album Broken is set for release via Sliptrick Records on August 8th.
